MANASSAS, VA, March 22, 2006 Wayne Ramprashad has joined MicroAutomation as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Ramprashad has more than 15 years of experience in the design, architect, development and implementation of complex computer and voice systems. Prior to joining MicroAutomation, Mr. Ramprashad was Chief Architect for American Online, where he recently designed two voice portals using voice recognition, a programmable private branch exchange (PBX), and a world-wide VoIP network reducing over 20 remote PBX’s to four that were located in two data centers. Prior to American Online, he implemented many large call center solutions, IVR solutions and consumer-facing voice portals while employed with Quack.com, Lucent and IBM Canada.
