MANASSAS, VA - December 26 , 2008 –MicroAutomation, a leading systems integrator of call center automation solutions, is pleased to announce that Pat Mustico is the new Director of Sales. Mr. Mustico brings extensive experience in sales and business growth from his tenures at Ricoh Professional Services, Archer Management Services and Alltel Mobile Communications. At his most recent venture at Ricoh Professional Services, Mr. Mustico helped grow new business by 300%, increased the average sales margin and developed sales tools and a selling process that increased the close rate exponentially.
